Terms and Conditions for Photography Services

1. Booking Confirmation
Upon booking a photography session, the client agrees to secure their date with a non-refundable deposit, which will be deducted from the total cost of the session.

2. Photography Session
The photographer will conduct the agreed-upon photography session at the designated time and location.

3. Photo Selection Process
Following the shoot, the photographer will provide the client with unedited, watermarked images. The client is required to review these images and select the photographs they wish to have edited. The client must return their selections to the photographer within one week unless otherwise discussed.

4. Editing Process
Once the photographer receives the selected images from the client, the editing process will commence. The timeline for delivery of the final edited images will be communicated to the client.

5. Delivery of Final Images and Invoice
Upon completion of the editing process, the photographer will send an email to the client containing a download link for the edited photographs and an invoice for the services rendered.

6. Payment Terms
Invoices are due within 14 days from the date of issue. Payments can be made via bank transfer.

7. Late Payment
If payment is not received within the 14-day period, the photographer reserves the right to charge interest on the outstanding amount at a rate of 8% per month until the invoice is paid in full.

8. Rights to Images
The photographer retains copyright to all images. The client is granted a license to use the edited images for personal use. Commercial use requires additional licensing.

9. Cancellation Policy
In the event that the client needs to cancel the booking, they must provide written notice to the photographer at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled shoot. The deposit is non-refundable.

10. Amendments
These terms and conditions may be amended at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes via email.

By booking a session with Lucy Plumb, the client acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions.
